With a diverse lending background, Stephanie assists Craft customers with financing needs including Home Equity Lines of Credit, SBA loans to start or purchase a business, and Commercial Real Estate and Working Capital loans. She enjoys spending time with family, trying out new restaurants, listening to music, and being outdoors.

With nearly 20 years of commercial banking experience, Mike leads credit and risk, operations, and compliance fields. A Craft Bank co-founder, Mike understands the needs and challenges of running a small business, enabling him to craft tailored solutions for our customers. He is a dedicated tennis player, a devoted softball and baseball coach, and a diehard Phillies and Virginia Tech fan.

Mechell brings over 25 years of banking and accounting experience to her CFO role. She is a member of the Southern Atlanta Alumni Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha and is involved in several community organizations that help prevent domestic violence through education.
Steven "Steve" Filmer
Senior Vice President, Director of Government Guaranteed Lending
Steve is a passionate career banker and manages the SBA and USDA commercial lending division for Craft Bank. He focuses specifically on the SBA 7a programs and USDA B&I programs in helping to distribute money to small businesses across the country. He also provides oversight for compliance with SOP changes and procedures. Steve enjoys traveling to Canada and Europe and is a Boston sports fan. On the weekends you can find him golfing, boating or skiing.

A career banker and accomplished banking executive, Greg is responsible for the overall growth, development, and management of Craft Bank’s diverse loan portfolio. He enjoys travel and gardening.
Kacie Hallock
SBA Loan Administrator
Kacie is a seasoned SBA Loan Administrator. She specializes in compliance, ensuring that loan packages meet rigorous SBA standards. Kacie expertly handles draw requests and supports SBA lenders in all administrative aspects of loan processing operations.
Outside of work, Kacie is a dedicated mom to three girls, a certified barre instructor, and an animal lover. She’s also an enthusiastic college football fan, with a special passion for Alabama football. Roll Tide!
Brandy Harris
Senior Vice President, Loan Operations/Compliance Officer
A versatile banking leader, Brandy manages daily functions of the loan operations department and oversees all bank compliance. She also assists with IT functions and manages all Audits/Exams for Craft Bank. She began her career in SBA Servicing and throughout her career has participated/assisted in 16 core banking conversions. She loves to read and crochet and enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren.
Scott Hudgins
Market President
A 35-year banking veteran in metro Atlanta, Scott brings commercial banking expertise to Craft Bank. He has extensive experience and has enjoyed a successful career in community banking. He focuses on commercial lending, including lines of credit, inventory financing, construction lending, commercial real estate financing and specialty lending. Scott is an avid runner and outdoor sports enthusiast who enjoys golf, tennis and skiing.
Jodi Lewis
Universal Banker
Jodi Lewis is a seasoned Universal Banker with over 15 years of banking experience. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional member service and fostering an inclusive and professional environment where every team member is respected and diversity is celebrated. Prior to joining Craft Bank, Jodi served as an Assistant Branch Manager at Vystar Credit Union, and held various positions including Relationship Banker III and Lead Universal Banker.
Originally from Port of Spain, Trinidad, Jodi moved to Miami, FL, at a young age. A proud member of Alpha Rho Chi Fraternity, Jodi is also known as the “Cricut Master” for her creative skills, transforming simple materials into delightful masterpieces. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, and traveling.
Beth Martin
Chief Experience Officer
With a multifaceted background in banking, law and commercial real estate, Beth understands the absolute importance of customer experience. One of Craft's co-founders, Beth oversees corporate governance, vendor relations, human resources, branding and marketing, as well as corporate culture for the bank. She has a heart for animal rescue, enjoys doing improvisational comedy theater, and enjoys being a grandparent.
Billi McCoy
Commercial Loan Operations Administrator
Billi oversees the day-to-day operations of commercial loans and collaborates closely with Lenders to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both new and existing customers. With a banking career that began in 2006, Billi has developed a deep passion for both customer service and operations.
In addition to her professional work, Billi is an active volunteer, having contributed her time to organizations such as Relay for Life and Junior Achievement. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her beloved dogs. She has a love for travel, music, trying new restaurants, and expressing her creativity through crafts and home decorating.

A passionate career banker with experience leading and establishing community banks, Ross is one of the co-founders of Craft Bank. With expertise in finance, commercial lending, special asset management, and strategic leadership, he leads the Craft team. He is honored to work alongside the talented and dedicated team of bankers and a committed Board. He loves tennis, whitewater rafting, the Texas Longhorns, and spending time with family in the North Carolina mountains.
Tahan Ordibazar
Operations Specialist
Tahan brings more than 20 years of banking experience to Craft. She has held various roles at other banks, ranging in size from smaller locally owned banks to larger institutional banks. Tahan has lived in metro Atlanta for over 30 years and is a graduate of Georgia Tech. She enjoys traveling, trying new recipes, and spending time with family and friends.
Adrian Rivas
IT Support Specialist
With experience in IT roles at SRTA and Southern Company Gas, Adrian has a strong background in safeguarding organizations and ensuring the proper use of technology. At Craft Bank, Adrian works alongside the operations team to manage the IT infrastructure. He oversees network security, cybersecurity training, and providing general IT support.
Outside of work, Adrian enjoys staying active by going to the gym and playing sports like soccer and basketball. He also has a passion for coding in Python and loves taking his dogs on long walks.

Patsy is part of the team that helped open Craft Bank and provides leadership and direction in the areas of Deposit Operations, Branch Administration and Treasury Management. She has over 20 years of banking experience, with expertise in Retail Branch Banking, Bank Operations and Corporate Training. Patsy has worked in a variety of roles with other banking institutions, including Branch Banking Management, Corporate Training Director, Credit Administration and Business Banking. Patsy enjoys Braves baseball, college football, and spending time with family and friends.
Shelly-Ann Watson
Universal Banker
Shelly-Ann Watson is a dedicated Universal Banker with strong banking experience and over 15 years in customer service. Her six years as a flight attendant taught her the importance of brand value and how a single interaction can define the customer experience. In her role, Shelly-Ann excels at processing routine banking transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, performing teller functions, and building strong customer relationships to better understand and meet their needs.
In her free time, Shelly-Ann enjoys traveling, exploring various cultures, and engaging in outdoor adventures.
